A “primary sector” business is one that through the employment of knowledge or labor, adds value to a product, process or service that results in the creation of new wealth.
The initial loan amount is up to $150,000 for any primary sector business that has experienced a physical loss of property or had an economic injury-loss of revenues, increased operating expenses, etc. due to flooding.
